The Internet has never seen anything quite like [Re]Evolver. In a sense, you could say we're [Re]Evolving the way a social network functions. There are the blogs, of course, and photo and video uploading, too. And we do have forums, yes. We also have a wiki, which is something many social networks don't offer, and the reason we do is because we will need a knowledgebase to record our community's findings. Never has a social networking website been built upon a foundation such as [Re]Evolver's, because in addition to all the usual bells and whistles, there is also the Adventure Quest Series, the thing that truly sets [Re]Evolver apart and into a class by itself.

The idea for [Re]Evolver originated because I wanted to experience a soul-searching quest. I'd read about the rites of passage of ancient peoples, and I wanted to experience something like that for myself. The closest I ever came to a rite of passage into manhood was military boot camp. Which is a fair test and trial, granted, but it doesn't do much for the soul, and it was my soul that I felt could use the rite most.

Phase 1 is in the bag. You have now a complete social networking system, with blogs and photo uploading, videos, files, avatars and walls--basically all the bells and whistles. The wiki is complete and online. The forums are ready to host guests. Barring a few appearance issues which are being resolved as we speak, [Re]Evolver is now a fully operational social network.

Now, on to phase 2, which will incorporate the [Re]Evolver Adventure Quest Series for members who like a little adventure. Phase 2 will hopefully be online well before Spring of '09. Here's to a successful adventure.
