Sacred Spaces

You already know [Re]Evolver is a social networking platform. Phase I of the site, which is still ongoing, is the installation of that system. Phase II will involve installing the quest series modules, so tribemembers can begin participating in the true purpose of [Re]Evolver. 

Somewhere along the way, however, a separate module is going to be installed for a complementary game which we hope will benefit the entire [Re]Evolver tribe. The Sacred Spaces campaign will exist to document locations of natural beauty throughout the world. It's kind of like Geocaching or Terracaching, but the end result isn't a parking lot or a water tower, it's a place of inspiration, which may or may not require a hike to get to.

Geocaching is great, it suits a purpose, and it's a fun exercise, but how many times have you searched for a cache and reached it, only to look around and wonder why the cache was placed in that location in the first place. It's often an uninspired spot with very little soul. If you participate in the Sacred Spaces campaign, you won't expect to find a box at the end with a log book and a pen, but a place of inspiring natural beauty, whether it's a mountaintop or a natural spring, a waterfall or an ancient tree. In the Sacred Spaces campaign, the reward is in the place itself, not in a box.
